Representative Profile
During high school, I studied abroad in the United States, and as a university student, I traveled the world with a map in hand. These experiences allowed me to gain a firsthand understanding of Japan's international standing.
After graduating from university, I joined KEYENCE Corporation, a leading Japanese company in high-profit factory automation. There, I mastered the mechanisms for achieving high profitability and the sales know-how that drives efficiency. As a Sales Manager at domestic and international offices, I contributed to business expansion. Additionally, as an Account Manager for global corporations, I tackled management challenges in international markets.
Driven by a desire to break Japan's societal stagnation and enhance the global presence of Japanese industries, I became independent and focused on accelerating the overseas expansion of Japanese companies. In April 2025, I founded YEJapan. Currently, as an advisor, I provide sales support to multiple startups aiming for global expansion.
My experience in mass production inspired me to pursue a transition toward the circular economy. With bases in both the Netherlands and Tokyo, I established Circular E to accelerate circular business models and foster sustainable innovation.
Today, I am advancing initiatives that connect Japan and Europe, focusing on startup support and the development of circular economy businesses.
