During this time, he contributed to business expansion across domestic and international markets, serving as a sales manager and global account manager.He has extensive experience in improving productivity, developing sales strategies, and addressing operational challenges in global manufacturing environments.

In April 2025, Eiji founded YEJapan LLC to support Japanese companies in global expansion and startup growth.
Recognizing the urgent need to move beyond a linear economy, he established Circular E in the Netherlands to focus on circular economy implementation. His work includes research, strategy development, and project execution based on leading European practices.
Operating from Rotterdam (BlueCity) and Tokyo, he collaborates with manufacturers, startups, and public sectors to develop and implement circular business models.
He is actively building a network of professionals, policymakers, and organizations across Europe to facilitate international collaboration and knowledge transfer.
